Payments and invoicing
Payments are processed securely and encrypted. Companies get a formal invoice for their purchasing process.
Certificates
Certificates are issued on completion, carry a unique code and can be checked by anyone on the verification page: no login needed.
Company seats
A seat is one person on one course, and it belongs to the course it was bought for. While nobody has started it, you can change who it is assigned to — always within that same course. Seats never move to a different course.
Course content
Materials, videos and exams belong to EURECA. You may use them to train yourself and your crew, not to redistribute or resell them.
Exams and attempts
Each course states its passing mark and how many attempts it allows. If you run out of attempts, support can review your case.
Changes to a course
Content can be updated to follow the standard it is built on. If a change affects a course you already own, it stays available to you while your access is active.
Support
Access, billing or certificate issues are handled by the support team. We reply during business hours: there are no cold calls.
