How do I reset my password?
On the login page, use “Forgot password” and follow the email link to set a new one.
How long do I have access to a course?
Standard access runs 30 to 90 days; advanced certifications can extend up to 180 days. Each course page shows its own access window.
Can I download the materials?
Most materials are available inside the course; some videos are streaming-only. Your certificate is always downloadable once completed.
How do I get my certificate?
Complete the course (and its evaluation, if any). Your verifiable certificate is then generated and available from your profile.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Western Union and bank transfer. Companies can also request formal invoicing.
Is the certificate verifiable?
Yes. Every certificate carries a unique code you can validate at any time on our Certificate Verification page, no login required.
How long do the courses take?
Courses are online and self-paced. Each course page shows its estimated duration; the H₂S Awareness course, for example, runs about 4 hours.
Can my company buy seats in bulk and get an invoice?
Yes. Through Company Login you can purchase seats by volume, assign and track them, pull compliance reports and receive a formal invoice.
What standards do the courses follow?
Our courses are designed by CCPS / NEBOSH specialists with field experience. The H₂S course follows ANSI/ASSP Z390.1.
